McDonald Goes Long for 3^rd time in 2010 @ Roth:  Lieto Returns to Vineman 70.3

Chris McDonald will line up for his 3^rd Ironman of the year in Bavaria at this year’s Roth Challenge full distance triathlon. With a podium at Ironman St George and a top 5 in Ironman CDA, McDonald’s trademark characteristic is toughness and doing 4+ Ironman events per year is indeed…..tough.

Hawaii Ironman runner-up Chris Lieto will return to Northern California's wine country for the Ironman Vineman 70.3.  Lieto has been on a roll in 2010 with several 70.3 victories and quite a few podiums from Olympic distance to half Ironmans.
