The Hawaii Ironman's 2 x defending champion Craig Alexander and 2009 runner-up Chris Lieto both continue to show signs that their on track for a repeat duel in Kona this October.  Alexander lined up at the Ironman Racine 70.3 and took home an uncontested victory with a 7 minute winning margin.  This makes 6 Half Iroman victories for Craig in 2010.

American Chris Lieto established his typical dominance at the 70.3 distance, thriving on the bike with a stellar run to win his 2nd Ironman 70.3 in 2010 at Northern California's Vineman.  Lieto now returns to Mammoth where he will complete his Kona build at altitude similiar to his training and success in 2009.
